I don’t see an uploads folder… And I need you to define “everything WordPress” – I am pretty simple at this. If you explain each step to me in detail and I’ll reply once I’ve done that step, then that might help me a bit more, if that’s ok. I know it’s a pain but I am completely terrified right now!

I’m now trying to download BackUpWordPress in case everything gets lost and it’s saying exactly the same thing as when I try to update WordPress.. So I’m guessing it something to do with the downloading process..
