the problem is due to the name of the file
require_once(/…../wp-content/plugins/gf-multi-uploader/inc/GF_MultiUploader_Field.class.php)
the name of the file is lowercase in the folder, you juste have to rename the file as it “GF_MultiUploader_Field.class.php” on your FTP.
