@inpsydekrystian Thank you. I downgraded the plugin to version 3.3.2, and the issue has been resolved.
Yes, both Website A and Website B are connected to the same PayPal account.
I have tried disconnecting PayPal and reconnecting it, but the issue still persists. Advanced Card Processing is still not available, including the on-site credit card checkout (without redirection), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

@saif Thank you for your response. However, it seems that this plugin is too heavy, and it doesn’t support the functionality I need, which is to allow customers to input their order number and email. In my store, many customers make purchases as guests without registering an account. 🙁

Thanks for the quick reply and clarification. It made me realize that there might be a problem with one of my installed plugins.
I find that I had a fraud detection plugin installed, which had a setting that automatically set the status of the order to “processing” when it detected the order as low risk.
I have changed that setting, and the problem is solved.
