Thanks for responding. As you suggested, I read through the Troubleshooting page. I am not running any plugins, as the page suggested they might cause issues. Also, the WP version I’m using has not been upgraded from a previous version – I just began using it recently, it was the first time I installed it through my hosting service.
If you have any additional suggestions I’d be grateful.
P.S. Regarding the improper posting of the link — I tried using the “link” button above the box – I pasted in the code it generated, is that not the way to do it? Sorry.
