    Hello Support Team,

    Thanks for your response.

    We checked the media folder — no modified date is shown, and the image displays normally. The original image was uploaded on March 3, 2021, at 13:32, and the media library shows the URL as:

    /wp-content/uploads/2021/03/image039.jpg

    The page however uses the thumbnail version – /wp-content/uploads/2021/03/image039-200×241.jpg

    We did not update any plugins, themes, or WordPress core during this period. Could you please clarify how AIOS detected this thumbnail as modified despite no updates being made? Is this is an expected behavior from WordPress?
