I have cought what causes the issue – WPML related plugins.
I was wrong when it is caused by Breadcrumb NavXT plugin. I have recalled that after installing the Breadcrumb NavXT I updated WPML to the newest version and after that I started the setup of Breadcrumb NavXT and noticed the problem.

So, I did a clear WordPress installation yesterday and installed only WPML pluggins bundle. The problem did not appear.
After a while, the system noticed that there is a newer version of WPML (Version 3.2.6) and I updated it. Then the problem appeared:
I expected to see: My blog with all collected posts there.
Instead, I got: “Ready to publish your first post? Get started here.”

Finally I deinstalled WPML and the problem with my Blog page has been resolved.

So, to summ it up – The problem with the Blog appears either because the newest vweriosn of WPML (Version 3.2.6) has some bug or there is some bug into the upgrade procedure. The problem dissappears after deleting WPML plugins.
