Hello,
I’ve been working with a website developing team, that has expertise in WordPress Plugins. After further examination, they said the issue with this problem is the U.S. map plugin. They said the plugin looks to be designed to use as much available CPU as possible, so 50 popups on the same map seem too much. They’re all loading at once and the CPU getting overworked which causes the webpage to crash.

Our theme has a performance setting that puts the htmls to the footer.
