In the ZIP file you will also find a screen capture of the setting I used to save the PNG file.
GIMP is a free multiplatform image editor, more info on http://www.gimp.org/

Meanwhile in functions/displayhost.php at line 72 the get_the_time() function call should be changed in:
get_the_time(get_option(‘date_format’))
in order to use the localize date format
