Thanks for your response. Yes, we created a new checkboxes field in the booking form (in the forms editor) and that’s fine, we’re just trying to figure out how to modify the placeholder #_BOOKINGFORMCUSTOMREG{field_id} so the output is different in the email. I’m thinking it might be a matter of creating its own custom placeholder? And yes, we are using EM Pro!
