Hello @vasyltech, it worked. However, worked before, without super admin user being an administrator user of the site. Or I’m wrong?
Anyway, I’m grateful for the answer and solution.
Regards,
Ricardo
Same here. I’ve tried to track errors with Apache log and WP_Debug. Nothing related to AAM reported in logs. Apparently few people are having the problem, but in my case, every network (at this point are 14) that I manage is in this situation.
Updated to 5.9.4 version in the hope that this situation would be resolved. But it’s not, unfortunately. I really don’t understand what is happening. Almost giving up of the plugin. All sites (14 networks) in this situation at same time.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I’ve tried to remove plugin and install again. But, even this did not resolve the case. If this continues to happen, unfortunately, I’ll have to try another solution for my networks.

In reply to: Access Denied when trying to create a new userPascal, thanks for your time. A little bit of work and the cause arises. The problem was a plugin, as you sugested. In this case, the plugin Advanced Access Monitor. Something was wrong with the roles used in the plugin. A simple adjustment in the roles and all working perfectly again. Surprisingly, I didn’t make any changes in the roles. Anyway, the problem was solved. Thanks again.
