Found it. Via CPanel, navigate to site’s wp-content directory, then plugins, and locate photo-dropper folder. Inside it, I renamed photodropper.php to photodropper-tmp.php and was immediately able to access the dashboard again.
I’ve heard there’s a less drastic action that can be taken…to simply disable the plugin in an if/then on the wp-admin page if it’s not responding. But for now, the nuclear option works, I’ve got work to do.
Same issue is occurring today, 11/16 11am Central. What is the FTP (or CPanel route) to disabling and getting functional again?
