After the initial release and a couple of months for things to settle, things were fine. I definitely still think it was a little rushed. I personally don’t have a problem with it, but unfortunately can’t say the same for most of my clients who still prefer the simplicity of the classic editor. I think having to waste money on fixing things that they shouldn’t have had to deal with left a bad taste in their mouth, and unfortunately most hosts kind of forced the update on everyone. (Or it went through anyway, despite the fact that updates were disabled.)

I’ll my rating to reflect a more current view of it, but am still not at all pleased with how the release went. There are still so many themes and plugins that haven’t accounted for Gutenberg, so I still spend an awful lot of time testing. I imagine it’s less of an editor issue and more of an issue with devs just needing to make the appropriate changes, but that’s another issue.
