I had a vacation, sorry for the late answer.
I looked into the translation and all of my problems are already translated … so what could be the problem?The thing is, in the middle on the bottom (arelium.de/events/list/) is “Heute”(today in English) while “Vorherige” and “Nächste” is still in English previous & next. The “Export Events” Button is also in German … This does not make any sense at all…

I tried it right now and the Banner still showed on top of the Header and not beneath it. I really don’t understand why theoretically it should stay underneath with your code but it won’t work.Hi, the website is http://www.arelium.de, but the banner is not active at the moment because its stays on top of the header.

I was able to fix the problem myself. The Plugin tried to send the e-mails from an unknown e-mail. So i forced every plugin to use the email from WP Mail SMTP Plugin.
