I’m facing the same issue, both in backend and frontend, if i click on the field I can see the list and select items, but if i try to type something i only get ‘No Options’.
The weird thing is that it only happens in one field, the other relationship fields work normally. I’ve looked all the field settings and compared to those working, but found nothing wrong.
I can relate, I’ve got several problems after the update and my site is completely messed up, looked out the changelog if something is incompatible, but found nothing wrong.
I’m gonna have to restore a previous backup and wait for some answers on it.

Already disabled Token Refresh but I keep on getting “invalid token response”.
Any idea how to solve it?
