Thank you for your return. I’don think you can find the erro on loop grid cause the website there are a lot of other plugins but i’ve disable every plugin to see the brand appears on loop grade and it does not. i’m using [pwb-brand].

I’ve tryed to created a “Archive Item” from “CrockBlock” that i can custom the layout and i’ve put the short code [pwb-brand] and it also dont apear when display on site. Analyzing the source code the shortcode does not appear in the elementor grid loop neither in the Crocoblock item archive using the same shortcode.

I believe the image you showed would be for a website developed without Elementor or another construction plugin. By the way, we need to wait for the administrators
