Im not an expert user and i has no problems configuring and optimizing thia plugin onall my wordpress blogs, and as almost all users didnt have either, i assume its a problem with you (missknowledge) or some plugin conflict you are having.
As said eariler on this topoc, is a terrible practice to install and test plugins on live sites and mostly on client sites. You should have it tested on your own personal server until you manage to get the knowledge to configure it correctly.
Terrible karma as this is a free and very useful plugin made by programmers Willing to help users. Its because of people like you that most services on the world are getting paid.
