Hey Quizmonger, I had to resolve it quickly, so I just added a page load to the pages Im using it on. As it’s only for a second you don’t notice it looks more like a transition. I used a fee plugin called “Loading Page”. Your website theme might also already have option to place a loading page.

It’s started working now thanks.
It seems that when you create a puzzle and preview it, it does not show the pieces but when you publish page it seems to work. Maybe just on Mac/Safari.
Its a bit confusing for the creator as it looks like it’s not working.
Anyway great plug in thanks.
