Thanks @alexcozmoslabs, I tried but the system asks me for a License number, I don’t yet have the PRO version to have a license number, my client wants the issue to be resolve before implementing the PRO version.
What should I do?

I’m already communicating with them to try to resolve the issue.
When I de-activate ‘TranslatePress’ the span tags go away….see the image below:

Hi Alex, unfortunately it didn’t work, I also tried some other things I found under the Advanced tab.

Hi Tushar, the new version of the plugin that it was sent to me on the support ticket solved the problem.
I also found out that the plugin responsible for creating those ‘span’ tags is ‘TranslatePress Multilingual’.
I’m already in contact with them letting them know, because although the NotificationX plugin is displaying the info WITHOUT the span tags (Awesome), I still have those tags in Square software when TranslatePress is active.

Thank you, I don’t have much knowledge about code yet, I thank you for the link. I’ll still look for more options, perhaps a plugin that could allow me to add things to the table, I’m also looking to learn about code, I see it’s important with WooCommerce being so limited with the end-user UI.

What about the other way around?
I have the same situation as ‘CarolinaComputer’ but
I would like to bring the old database data to the new database so I can still keep using the existing links I’ve created, could you tell me the steps?

Same here and it appears that the developer doesn’t answer to the support tickets, I really like what the plugin does, but if I activate the plugin, then my site brakes, still people can navigate but doesn’t let me create new pages, post or products, I have to de-activate this plugin in order to not have the black screen when I try to create new page, post or product.
I’m trying to look for a replacement, if anybody knows a similar plugin without any problems, please feel free to comment.
And hopefully, this one gets fixed sooner.

In reply to: [Plugin: W3 Total Cache] RSS problemsI have the same problem, other users suggest to do this: disable ‘Cache site, categories, tags, comments and feeds’ in the page cache settings.
May be works with You, not lock with me, I have to deactivate the plugin every time that I publish something, in order to my feed to get refreshed.
If this works for You or if You find something else, please let me know.
