In reply to: [Customizr] Center Navbar VerticallyDenzel,
Thanks for your suggestion, but I will state again that I was looking to center the navbar VERTICALLY not horizontally. I already had it centered between left and right, now I need it to be centered between the top and bottom of the header. I knew of the centering option already, but as that is only for centering between the left and right (which is not what I needed), that’s why I was looking for some CSS to accomplish what the theme doesn’t have as a built in option.

I added the code that you suggested, and it kind of broke the website for a while. Trying to remove the code didn’t seem to fix it, then a few hours later, it seemed to go back to normal.Anyway, that code did strange things.

In reply to: [Customizr] All changes simply disappearHello Nicolas,
Sorry I got sidetracked with other things and didn’t get back to you on this.
The fix may not be what some would expect, but I was able to fix it. I simply did a search with the original error message, and found one result where they were talking about that exact error message…
What they said fixed it for them was to install the plugin called Redis Object Cache, then deactivating it, and finally activating it again…
I was a bit leery, as I tend to stay away from cache plugins. But as all else (including suggestions here) had failed, I gave it a go… and had immediate success.
Everything has been perfect ever since, and I’ve got the site complete for my customer, and am happily tweaking with CSS to my heart’s content.
You’ve got a really good theme here. As I mentioned before, I’m a student without a lot of money… but when my situation changes, I plan to purchase the (unlimited) Pro version.
I’m sure in time I’ll discover other themes I like, but I’ve got to say, your theme is very aptly named.

In reply to: [Customizr] Themes “used to” work. Not any more….One more detail that may be important:
In my dashboard, there’s a message at the top which says:
“Warning! No socket configured. This object cache will not work without a defined REDIS_SOCKET”

In reply to: [Customizr] Themes “used to” work. Not any more….Now that all plugins are disabled, another strange thing has happened: the setting where I was supposed to be able to disable the demo slider, has now disappeared.

In reply to: [Customizr] Themes “used to” work. Not any more….Hello Denzel,
I did already have the latest version of both WordPress and Customizr (free version) installed. I’m going to post more on the issue in the forum, as requested. Thanks.
