“Color Settings” HAS the site-wide background setting.
BUT, The Panel would initially show the Site background settings (at the bottom) but it would DISAPPEAR (AS SHOWN)!.
SUGGESTION: Relabel “Color Settings” to “Global Color Settings” (explicitly)
I see that Color Settings are the SAME Panel for site-wide objects.
