I’m very sorry for my late reply. It doesn’t work.
When I put [_post_author_email] in the To: field and <?php echo do_shortcode( ‘[contact-form 1 "Contact form 1"]‘ ); ?> in the author.php, what I get when I click on the Send button is:
“Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way.”I just don’t know why it doesn’t work. Did I miss a step?

I know that I can do what you have suggested but I don’t know how to create a new profile.php.Also, all registered members will be assigned to author by default, so I can change the http://www.mywebsite.com/author to http://www.mywebsite.com/goldmember by using the Custom Author Permalink. But the problem is I don’t know how to create one for Silver Member， http://www.mywebsite.com/silvermember
As you can see, I do not have any programming skills at all. Thanks in advance of your help.
