Muchas gracias, suponía que era necesario un desarrollo para ese tipo de funcionalidad, pero como apenas lo necesita durante el año, simplemente era curiosidad por si existía algo parecido.
Nada son cosas que los clientes piden, como son productos perecederos (flores) en ciertas fechas señaladas, esos productos aumentan de precio. Y el problema es que si un cliente compra ahora, para entregar más adelante, el precio varía considerablemente por tema de distribuidores, ya que no disponen de ese producto hasta pocos días antes de la entrega.
Resumiendo compro ahora una rosa que cuesta 5 euros, pero para entregar en 14 días, mi clienta esa rosa le cuesta más, porque la tiene que adquirir poco antes de la entrega y el precio de su distribuidor sube por la alta demanda en días como San Valentín.
El plugin que utiliza para concertar fechas de entrega es “Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce (Lite version)” suficiente para indicar fecha de entrega de la compra online.
Creo que trabaja solo en la página de finalizar compra, aparece unos campos de formulario para indicar fecho horario y datos de contacto para la entrega.
Me preguntaba mi clienta, si se podía modificar el precio de un producto no por su precio en ese momento, sino por el precio según fecha de entrega.
Siempre me encanta investigar y buscar soluciones a cosas como estas, pero no siempre se logra jejeje.

Al añadir complementos extra, aparece el precio correcto sumado, pero al añadirlo al carro no lo suma, aparecen los complementos con su precio, pero en el total, solo está el precio del producto principal no de los complementos extra. Como curiosidad es desactivar el plugin refrescar la página del carrito y ya lo suma todo bien.
En la consola no aprecio ningún error.
No urge, es más que nada por si le pasa a alguien más, como eran pocos cambios de precio, mi clienta los hizo a mano.
