I have the same problem.
After updating it the site didn’t respond to any changes I made in the theme option.
For example I changed the topbar links in the theme option but I still had the same links in the site.
or
I deleted WP Socializer plug in but I still have the plug icons in the site.
What can I do to fix it? Do you know what could be happened?
