Thanks for your reply. I put in some lorem ipsum text to make the page scrollable, but still no animation. https://www.arthacks.nl/123-2/
To be completely clear, I also do not see a scrolling effect on https://respective-tyrannosaurus.jurassic.ninja/counter/
Not with Firefox, not with Chrome (both macOS), nor on the iPad.

Maybe I’m missing something, don’t know. I just installed your block on a test site (WP 5.7.1 and Blocksy Theme 1.7.71). No plugins (only Bot Protection from Siteground), just the Counter Block: https://www.arthacks.nl/123-2/
No animation to be seen, also the Thousand Separator doesn’t work.
