Hi Imran, thanks for following back. I was able to get the CORS violations removed, along with deleting the .htaccess in the wp-content/uploads/forminator file.
The only part I’m unsure about is regarding the form ID directory. I’ve screenshot what I’m seeing on my end
edit – nevermind I found the two ID’s causing the 500 errors and removed them in the file manager. it appears all of the errors are resolved but the hcaptcha form issue remains.
please advise, thank you.

Hi yes we ran the full conflict test on the dev site, but not on the full site. I would be able to run that type of test only late at night when the site would have no visitors.
To clarify, we don’t want to change the css of the hcaptcha, we only want to change the button color for the Submit button. All of the changes we make on the backend with Forminator do not seem to publish or stick correctly. I assume it has to do with these errors you speak of.
As for the .htaccess solution, I will try this and follow back with my findings, thanks.

Hi Nebu John, Thanks.
I added the Forminator form to a non popup and the hcaptcha issue seems to work fine. screenshot https://screenrec.com/share/Iw2jZc7bRD
Something must be blocking it on the actual popup element from Elementor Pro?
It’s okay if the popup is not exactly working on the dev site, because the real site is working but experiencing complications with the hcaptcha and the button color not updating, even after adding custom css, since changing it on the backend doesn’t seem to be sticking. You can see from the first screenshot that the button should be gold in color with white text and hcaptcha present. I also have previously unpublished and republished the form to try to fix the issue.
Hoping we can get to the bottom of this. Thanks
Hello Jair, I did all troubleshooting steps and have the bare minimum of plugins installed with WP version updated. (Elementor, Elementor Pro, (needed for popup), Elementskit Lite (needed for button) to trigger popup and Forminator plugin.
I tried switching to default WP theme, twenty twenty five, but currently we’re running on Hello Elementor, which is usually recommended to use.
I have included a new screenshot – https://screenrec.com/share/mhE3fyATju
This is now showing the Forminator form itself is not rendering at all and a scroll bar that appears on the popup (but it cannot scroll) and does not show the form or rest of text. In the Elementor builder – it shows all elements intact on the navigation

However I can see that Elementor Pro, since we only have one license, one for actual site and the site was cloned using WP all in one migration, it’s trying to use the same license also for this dev site. So that could make sense to why the popup might not be working properly. Just a thought.
Please advise, thank you.

Hello mbrsolution – I looked over the documentation.
- I will create the test page/product now.
2) I also cleared the caching plugin.
3) I was already checking with a Incognito browser.
4) Last checks I need to do is to do the Plugin/Theme test but I would have to do that on a cloned or child version of the site, not the live one *unless it was late at night or something so there would be no site traffic.
I should have been more specific. This is a Woocommerce product page. The article was talking mostly about Pages or Category Content Protection but nothing about Woocommerce products.
Do the same rules apply? Thank you.
