You are right. An email is sent for each earned rewards.
20 coupons means 20 emails, all at once.It is not possible to prevent or group such emails. It is only possible to disabled email for the reward kind.

First, emails are disabled by default. So, unless you activate them, customers will never receive emails from MyRewards.
Secondly, MyRewards doesn’t process any past orders when you activate it.
Processing past orders is a manual procedure that you have to perform in the plugin’s system page. Even then, you have a warning and a double confirmation before being able to run it.
Finally, your customers won’t receive emails about points. MyRewards can only send emails (after activating them) when customers have unlocked a reward, not when they earn points.
The user who wrote the review activated emails, ran the “process past orders” procedure and ignored the warning. At this point, yes, his customers unlocked many rewards and lots of emails where sent.Forum: Plugins

There’s no integration of physical loyalty cards in the plugin. The only way to include both physical and digital cards would be to use a WooCommerce POS plugin for the physical store and have an integration between the loyalty plugin and the POS plugin.
I haven’t heard of any loyalty plugin that has this feature. I hop you can find a solution.

However, if a customer has an account but is not logged in, we check the email address when an order is placed and try to find the customer linked to this address to credit points if possible.
Either way, customers need to have an account to engage in the loyalty program

Let’s see if I understand this correctly :
If you go to WooRewards → Appearance → Emails, the “New Reward” email is set to “Enabled”
If you go to WooRewards → Settings and edit the coupon reward, there is also the “Send Reward email” checked ?
One question. When customers have enough points to get a coupon, is the coupon generated and points consumed ?

This isn’t possible with the free version of MyRewards. And, as a general rule, it’s not something you can do with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Coupons can only be used when customers place an order. They can’t be used afterwards or on an order that doesn’t exist yet.In the pro version of MyRewards (called WooRewards), we created an addon that does what you want in a different way. You can create a “partial refund” reward. What this does is that, when customers earn this reward, it will automatically perform a partial refund of their last payment by the amount you decide. To my knowledge, this is the only existing solution to perform what you want. The only other way would be to make a custom development to automatically apply reward coupons to the next order renewal.

On the frontend, we only load resources if and where they’re needed. The page loading impact is insignificant.

These are false positives.
The first one is a security warning because we use the php function file_get_contents which is used when you import points for your customers
The second one is simply because of the file’s name “easteregg” because we have an image hunt feature in the plugin.

On the checkout page, in the current version, the free reward popup doesn’t show correctly in some cases. The dev team was able to reproduce the issue and is working on a fix.

First, we took time to log into your website and find out what was going on.
Then, we determined that the issue wasn’t coming from our plugin and gave you hints on what to look for in order to find what was causing the issue.
We’re really dedicated to supporting our plugins and we fix issues and bugs as soon as they’re notified to us.
However, our support doesn’t cover other plugins or themes.You didn’t want to investigate further on your side to find what was causing the issue, we respect that. Time is precious nowadays.
Since the issue wasn’t solved, and in order to avoir you losing time over this, we proposed you another solution, which is using another plugin.If, at some point, thanks to the leads we provided, you manage to find what’s causing the issue in the first place, we’ll be happy to provide a solution or a workaround if it’s possible.

It seems your emails don’t go through (we don’t even see them in our spam box).Another solution is to join our discord server. You will fint a link to it in the plugin’s administration, when you click on the “Admin Menu” on the top right.
