I am having the same issue with my files at villageofhighcedarshoa.com. All of the files now say ‘missed files.’ I’ve tried moving them but not luck. villageofhighcedarshoa.com.
Issue: “the BSK PDF Documents plugin is now displaying all the files in the back end with the location and then in red it states “Missing file”.

So I tested the admin approval email as well and received it, however when I simply approve an email, I don’t get it. And all my settings above are the same as well.
I am actually having the exact same issue but mine is on the main domain. Did you get this resolved EtoileWebDesign?
