Thank to both of you for your assistance. We are a non-profit and our server space is donated, so I’ve learned that the FTP access is not something I currently have. Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to wait for them to address it. Thanks again for the input. You have been very helpful.

So, if I can’t access my admin area, how do I go about removing the plug-in or making any changes at all? Will that have to be done where the server is housed?
