I’m also seeing this error. Using version 2.3.2 of the plugin.

I’ve tested the latest version on our staging site and it all looks ok now. Thanks for looking at this.

Have done all of the above and that got me thinking about the wp_blogs table. Turns out I searched and replaced http://www.domain.com to dev.devdomain.com/subfolder.
