This is happening in Opera Mobile, by the way… on Skyfire the problem is exactly the opposite. He displays the borders but he scales them beyond the 100% width designated so that it gets a huge horizontal scroll. Also he displays the background image although it shouldn’t, my guess is the transcoding process isn’t taking place in Skyfire at all. Help me out please! : )
