did you also install via the wordpress menu (downloaded the latest version)? My other versions don’t seem te have any problem.

– w3 total cache
– contact form
there are many people with this problem.
What’s strange to me is, is that I didn’t do anything wrong (upgrade, major update of wordpress, …)
