We managed to revert the plugin version and it works now.
However, how are we able to ever upgrade the plugin in future?
It will be ideal to be able to update all plugins to latest version for security reasons.please advise.

We have downloaded the sql file and changed the all urls to live url and then imported it to the live db.
Also regarding the roll back, we actually already tried to roll back the version to which my staging site has. However, it didn’t work thus we reverted it back to the latest version again.

I actually can show you the staging site which is working fine.
https://uat.nixt-sea.com/The exact identical files and database were ported into the live server. (we (developer) ported the DB a few times. The hosting engineer also tried to do the same migration and setup in case we missed any steps. However, even with the identical files, the live site is broken. There seems to be nothing on the backend that we can find that is inconsistent as the exact files were migrated.
Please give us a direction to look into? Is it a duplicated plugin problem? License issues?

Thank you for your reply. We have already done this step. But it seems like it’s a plug-in update issue. Is there any steps to fix this?
