Sorry for the delay but I haven’t been able to connect so far.
I enabled WP_Debug debugging and found the following message:
Deprecated: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels is deprecated. Use capabilities instead. in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/xxxxxx.xxx/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4997
I searched each plugin until one of them, I got another error. It was the “Move Comments” (a plugin that I used to move 70 comments that I had on a page because I had memory problems with the previous theme, with yours it works very well).
Deactivate the “Move Comments” pluging and now I can remove the phone number, remove the copyright, modify colors, …Everything works correctly.
I only doubt remains. My menu is a bit long and a second line skips me, if I change the letters to smaller it stays on one line but it looks very small. Can I change the width of the menu columns, so they have less margin?

In reply to: [Pen] Awesome theme, but not many things work for me.Yes, with a single tab. I have also tried with Firefox, Opera, Vivaldi, … and they all do the same (all recently cleaned browsing data, history, cache, … in the browser and with ccleaner). Entering by http and by https.
I have tried many combinations before writing here. I wasted more than two hours tried all kinds of things and another two looking for solutions in forums.I like your theme very much, but I can’t find the problem, and I won’t be able to use it.

Yes, I agree it could be the cache, plugins or settings, but before writing here I cleared the cache with “wp super cache”, debugged php, tried disabling plugins and checked the settings and none of that worked .
I have noticed one thing:
And is that when I close and re-enter it does not save the changes. Most things work without a hitch. But for example, I remove the phone (it does not make visual changes), I post, I go out, I go back in, and the phone is still active. It is the same with everything that does not work (footer, some header colors, logo loading, remove copiright …) other things work fine, header font, menu bar color, remove or put social media icons ,. ..
It is very rare that some things work and others do not.I repeat that it may not be a problem with the subject, but there is something that causes it not to work correctly and I do not know what it may be.

I did not find anyone with these problems neither in the forum, nor in the documentation. That is why I have opened this thread.My WP is updated to the latest version and I have the pluggin pen installed. Everything is correct according to your documentation.
I do what you tell me, it lets me disable it but it doesn’t apply it. There are things that do apply and things like, for example, the ones you’ve put in that don’t change anything. I have RSS, phone, footer, … disabled, but it continues to appear on the web. The logo, change colors, header images activated and does not apply it on the web, it follows the first color in white / gray, then in black and the menu bar in blue (it is style 1, I tried to change the styles but I the same thing happened).
I don’t know where the problem may be. It is true that maybe it is not a problem with this teme, but I must whrite it because it could be that, or if you find the solution it could help other users.
