It wasn’t the app that caused the problem (not just because the blog reader on wordpress.com didn’t show any content either). I had recently switched to relative URLs. As someone in a another forum just pointed out to me, the blog software doesn’t like that, not even in links in my own posts. I changed it back to absolute URLs, and everything’s back to normal.
