Ok, but if the plugin isn’t active then people should be able to edit their profile still shouldn’t they?
Hi, I use this link to allow people to edit their profiles:

It embeds the profile into the page with the following shortcode [ultimatemember form_id=”39830″], and I’ve assigned that page in Ultimate Member as the member page. You can see it in this screenshot:

Ultimate Member – Role By Age: 0.1 – This is a plugin which updates the user’s role when they submit their application. Their age determines which role they get. This has been installed for over a year, and was there before this issue happened.
Hi, thanks for responding. I’ve done everything above and still not able to change the issue. It’s still persisting even if all plugins are turned off.

Just an update on this. I’ve noticed that the contacts are being added as a subscribed contact, and then a few seconds later, being updated to be unsubscribed.
