Hi, @poonam9.
I have already tried with all but 2 plugins disabled, and with recipient mail on both my WP domain and on Hotmail – never recieved the email.I can’t be bothered to setup GMail or Yahoo, and I can’t risk having emails not received when senders see „Message sent” confirmation. This is bad business.
Therefore, I rolled back to another contact plugin which has always worked fine.
Hi Silviu, thanks for your tips. Unfortunately, the mail does not get sent (or at least is never delivered) even with only 2 active plugins: Orbit Fox and Elementor.
I also tried with another target email on another domain, same result, no sign of email.
Is there any setting I need to check, other than in “Form settings”?
I have a similar problem. When clicking Send, a message “Your message has been sent!” appears, but the mail is not getting sent – it’s not in the mailbox, spam etc.
The destination email is in the same domain, so this shouldn’t be a problem. Also, ContactForm7 set up on the same website, with the same destination email works as expected.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Make menu wideralchymyth, thanks, works like a charm! I always try to solve problems on my own, but maybe I should have asked for help 3 hours earlier…
