    Finally a response.

    I did opened a support request three days ago. The answer time should be 24 hours.. still waiting.

    When we open the tickect, there is no tickect number, a protocol, a confirmation email. Nothing. Something seems to be broken.

    No.

    It just don’t works.

    First I realised that could be a problem of communication between my server and Facebook, because this plugin requires a secure HTTPS connection to work. But later, I discovered that everything is all right with my connection and with my plugin. Everything works fine, just Social Publisher doesn’t works.

    So, that is still a kind of mysterious problem.

    And my app does not been approved yet.

    Server configuration

    Feature Info
    PHP version 5.2.17
    WordPress version 3.5.1
    Server software Microsoft-IIS/7.0
    WP_HTTP connection method cURL 7.16.0; OpenSSL/0.9.8q

    My server uses OpenSSL/0.9.8q. It’s a secure connection, right? So now, I’m completely lost. The plugin works fine in every feature, but I can’t understand whats is happening with Social Publisher.

    I’ve got the App, and got the Action. But I can aprove it because the first publish doesn’t go to my Timeline.

    Any ideia?

    I think the plugin is working, because when I check my URLs with debugger, it does not returns any error or warning.

    Hello Entr3preneur06.

    I’ve got the same problem.

    I have just send for approval my app (and not my “publish action”). I think the app must be aproved first so then we can publish the first test action. After this first test publishing I’ll send the “Publish Action” for approval.

    Did you tried to do this?
