    Hi Stefan,

    Thank you for taking the time to reply and for the detailed explanation.

    Unfortunately, the category + manual user assignment approach is not viable in my case. For some analyzers, I have more than 1,500 customers, so manually assigning users to categories is not realistic, and it would become unmanageable each time a new analyzer is released.

    I have already implemented a custom code solution where:

    • the analyzers owned by a customer are selected directly on the user profile
    • products or categories are tagged with the analyzers they belong to

    This logic works correctly for individual product pages (access is properly blocked when the analyzer does not match).

    However, the remaining issue is with the B2BKing Bulk Order Form:
    even when a product is restricted and cannot be accessed directly, it still appears in the bulk order form list.

    At this point, I’m trying to understand whether there is a specific hook, filter, or recommended approach within B2BKing to control which products are returned or displayed in the Bulk Order Form based on custom logic (user meta → product/category meta).
