Hi Matt,

My apologies. We changed the name of the link, so the donation page is now at: https://magazinetraining.com/support-kenya-2018/

However, it doens’t seem to be having the same problem. It’s like every time we make changes to the donation form, it takes a day fully implement.

Hi Matt,

The issue is still not fixed. Here is an example of the spinning box on the same donation form but on a different page: http://magazinetraining.com/give-for-kenya-2018/

I’m so grateful that you are looking into this—too often a lot of issues are left to rust in the forums because the developers don’t care.

I created a ticket on the website immediately after posting a notice in this forum. I received a “we got your email” notice, but haven’t heard anything since.

Hi @webdevmattcrom,

Thanks for your quick reply. We are using Give 2.0.2, but before we mess with the code of our site we want to see what WordFence suggests as a possible fix.
