    Hi,

    nevermind – I’ve just realised that all the texts are doubled in polylang string translation tool, some of them are there even three times (I have no clue, why is that). I’ve translated ALL texts and now it works 🙂 So I’m closing this thread now.

    Hi,

    yes I do use polylang string translation tool. But I’ve just realised that all the text are doubled, some of them are there even 3 times. I don’t know why that happened, but I’ve changed ALL of them and now it works 🙂 I’m sorry for bothering you and I’m closing this thread now 🙂

    Hey Craig,
    thanks for your reply. I’ve checked it once again 30 minutes after posting this thread and it started working automagically! I was wondering if you did something or Instagram fixed it somehow? 🙂
    Anyway, thank you, issue seems to be fixed, so I’ll resolve this thread or you can delete it.

    Thanks for the answer, I checked my version of PHP and it’s 5.4.21, so more 5.2 🙁
    Anyway, I changed the plugin code as you suggested and when I tried to turn on the plugin I got:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in [my WP folder]/wp-content/plugins/wp-embed-facebook/wp-embed-fb.php on line 32

    Can we do sth about it?

    Hi,

    I just tried to install this plugin on my WP and I got a critical error while trying to turn on the plugin:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in [my WP folder]/wp-content/plugins/wp-embed-facebook/wp-embed-fb.php on line 32

    Any clues?

    I’m using WP 4.0 with Anew theme.
