Resolved myself: WP theme was not updated. It runs fine again.
Special thanks to the popup maker team! Very quick reply and explanation: The plugin itself is free, but it’s just a connector to the service, which is a paid one, with 14 days of free trial. Thank you for your offer! 5 stars for this effort!

Just to say that I finally found out how to acceed with FileZilla!!! I just deleted the captcha directory and now acceed to my dashboard without any problem! Thank you for your reactivity!!! Greetings from Southern France!Forum: Plugins

I just chose a theme, logged in and started to create my website, thinking to be able to import everything once I got my “personal training” on next wednesday (I don’t know in fact how to install and combine everything with my own domain, I’m a newbe…).
I don’t have access to the directory of my website…
Any other solution?
Or a special contact in the WordPress Team?

I have a big problem with skt nurcaptcha…
I installed the plugin on my new wp website (http://gites-peche-tarn.fr) which I created online (not on my pc), but I didn’t understand that I had to put in a sort of activation key. I then disconnected from my administration area in order to test the captcha but it is just invisible! And now I cannot even go to my dashboard because I cannot connect again!!! This is horrible, I don-t know what to do!
Please can anybody help me to eliminate the plugin so that I can acceed again? As I created my website online, I cannot acceed to the files…
