Its unrelated, I will dig into the payment gateway I have installed. The payment icons are done by me, and were implemented to work inside of the payment page. They look fine inside of default woocommerce invoice on the mail and payment page though.

Thank you for your fast response, I have already found an outdated version of this plugin and was in the middle of testing, and also thank you for the updated version and full instructions on the topic.
It was siteground optimizer after all, something messed up with polylang and broke the layout.
The issue was solved by disabling minify css files inside of its settings.
