Hi, I don’t use Ultimate Member Login plugin and I am still experiencing this issue. I have rolled back the elementor version. Please fix this

Yes, the custom code was the issue. Deleting the custom code resolved the issue.

Since Elementor haven’t come back to me yet, I have used manual short codes with this guide https://elementor.com/blog/woocommerce-shortcodes/
It has solved the issue for me or is a good workaround.

The Theme developers have released an update for the Astra Theme. After updating, it has resolved the /?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments issue. Hope everyones websites are working smoothly too.

It is a temporary fix though as when I click the cart icon when I am on the cart page is this still comes up https://enigmedicbyelicia.com/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments, apart from that it is working! Thank you so much I have been struggling with this for a while.
I hope woocommerce fix this in the next update.

I had this issue today – I just went through the troubleshooting steps listed by @amagsumov and the issue has resolved.

When I run the Malware scanner I have received these 2 errors:
