Even though I’ve set it up in Click and Drop as per instructed in the link above (4. How to pass tracking information), the information doesn’t arrive into Woocommerce for some reason.
The tracking number may be emailed directly to the customer from Royal Mail, but I can’t confirm that. I’ll ask around.

That was the first thing I tried, but the manual re-ordering with the 3 lines is not being updated, it stays in alphabetical order.
