This has been fixed.
After a lot of searching I found that for some reason the wp_capabiities were not set correctly on my database.
After copying and pasting the correct information it worked properly.
So the fix was to go to the database > wp_usermeta and update the wp_capabilities section for the corresponding users.
I have no idea why this happened.
Nothing, still does the same thing.
Ok, so I have tried the default 2014 theme and it all works again.
So I am contacting the theme creator.
I do not know about other themes, I shall try another one to see what happens.
The theme is from Themeforest.
Ok found the problem. Clearing the sidebar in the middle instead of a break.
Stupid!!
