thanks for your reply. This resolved my issue.
I was mixed up with different setup manuals. As i understand now: The RSVP function is available under Events automatically and it’s a free feature. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/event-tickets-using-rsvps/
It is limited to Name and email adresse.
If I would like to test the Public Attendee Registration, this would be a premium feature and is set up in the tickets section. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/attendee-registration-settings/

I think in english the tab is labelled: Attendee Registration.
In my german Version this tab is missing.
