Finally, thanks again to Danny Cooper for the help.
With his hints, I was able to solve the problem.
I had installed the plugin, I added the special “tag” in the contact form and it works.
Therefore, I now close the entry.

meanwhile I also know that it comes from the reCaptcha. Do you have an alternative? Here there is DSGVO-compliant captcha, it’s called “friendly captcha”, but that costs money because we use a Webshop with WooCommerce and in this case it is not privat.
