Hi and thanks for your reply! It’s the second scenario–I need 3-4 custom sidebars to override the theme sidebar and show a specific sidebar for each post (depends on post content). This is a custom post type, so not the the standard theme post.
I created the first custom sidebar with no issues. I could easily select it over the default one on each post page. When I created the second sidebar, however, all custom posts regardldess of sidebar selection reverted to the new sidebar. I have since exported and deleted the second sidebar, the post still shows the first sidebar is selected, and yet only the second sidebar content is showing.
