I unticked it and the problem is gone but what is wordpress xml and do I need to back it up? My website has products and many different pages and in the options for xml, I can select those to back them up. I’m not sure what is the best thing to do. Obviously I don’t want to leave it ticked and not be able to back up at all but at the same time, I do want as full a backup as possible, do I need the xml backed up?
