We haven’t checked the compatibility of our plugin with the Astra theme.
It seems that the issue is with the third-party plugin or theme please run a test by deactivating a theme as well as plugin one by one you will get the culprit plugin.

1. Yes our wallet plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce RMA for Return, Refund, and Exchange Pro version only, and yes once you approve the refund from the RMA plugin, it will add money to that customer account automatically.
2. No right now we don’t have so, we have given this functionality so that users can use the particular amount as a discount during checkout.

As per your concern shared I want to tell you that please first clear your Mautic cache first and then try to reconnect and see if fields are listed or not. And if it’s not working then please go in the setting->configuration->API setting and enable the basic HTTP auth. and then try again with the same.

You can unminify js of the ” points-rewards-for-woocommerce-public.min.js ” and comment the code on line no. 78 , 79 , 109 , 110 , 171 ,189 and then minify it and then check once if fixed or not. If still there is any concern then you can connect with us.

As per your query, we would like to tell you that right now we have only a few options to make this work-
1. You can just fill the details only once then it will not show again (it can be demo values too)
2. You can choose the Skip option then it will not show for 24 hours,We are also looking forward to implementing an option for skip always this in the upcoming version
